ROBERT BLISS ELEVATED TO SHAREHOLDER OF ROBINSON, WATERS & O’DORISIO
Denver, CO (January 1, 2021) – Attorney Robert B. Bliss has been named a shareholder of the law firm of Robinson Waters & O’Dorisio, P.C. (RWO).
Bliss will continue to focus his practice in the area of franchise law, including compliance with state and international registration and disclosure requirements. He also handles general corporate work for a number of businesses in many industries, including general corporate formation and transaction issues, intellectual property matters, secured transactions, real estate deals, commercial real estate, securities, and employment topics.
Bliss earned his B.A. from the University of Arizona, cum laude, and his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law, where he served as Associate Editor and Executive Editor of the Baylor Law Review. He is admitted to practice in Colorado and New Mexico.
