Alexis L. Hailpern is Senior Counsel at Robinson Waters & O’Dorisio, P.C., representing clients in various transactional matters, including commercial real estate, franchising, construction, and finance.
Alexis represents franchisors and franchisees with respect to formation, disclosure documents, and compliance. In her real estate practice, Alexis represents banks, private equity lenders, and borrowers in complex real estate loan transactions, including construction loans. With comprehensive experience in many facets of the law, Alexis is a true counselor to her clients.
Alexis is an active member of the legal community as a member of the Colorado Lawyer’s Committee Chair’s Roundtable and as a fellow of the Colorado Bar Association. As a fellow of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity, she has advanced training in diversity, equity, and inclusion in the legal profession. Alexis is a committee member of the American Bar Association’s Forum on Franchising.
