DENVER, CO (January 1, 2020) – Firm members Tim Shea, Kim Bruetsch, Chad McShane and Jennifer Alldredge have become equity shareholders of Robinson Waters & O’Dorisio, P.C. as has Steve Segal, who has made a lateral move to the firm.
“Adding this kind of talent to our equity ranks is a clear signal our firm can develop talent internally and continue to attract strong laterals with national law firm experience,” said John O’Dorisio, co-managing partner. Shea, Bruetsch, McShane and Alldredge all joined RWO as associates. Segal’s national law firm experience in Colorado includes Cooley, Perkins Coie, and Greenberg Traurig prior to starting his own boutique business law firm ten years ago.
“Our new equity shareholders represent and demonstrate the long-term stability we have within our firm- commercial litigation, real estate, business formation and transactions, and family law,” said Steve Waters, co-managing partner. “Despite the generally high recognition of the need for succession planning, many law firms have been reluctant, or lax, in developing adequate succession plans. Our business lawyers are keenly aware of that issue for our clients, and having these new equity shareholders shows we take our own advice to heart.”
An equal number of RWO’s equity shareholders joined as laterals from national or super-regional law firms or began as associate attorneys and progressed to equity shareholder status.
Since 1977, Robinson, Waters & O’Dorisio is a full-service law firm delivering exceptional representation to businesses and individuals. The firm has lawyers serving clients throughout the Rocky Mountain region and is engaged in a comprehensive legal practice heavily based in litigation, commercial transactions, real estate, franchise and family law.
