Laufer and Thompson join Robinson Waters & O’Dorisio
We are pleased to announce attorneys Joel Laufer and Nicholas Thompson have joined Robinson Waters & O’Dorisio, adding significant tax and bankruptcy expertise to the practice.
Joel will continue to focus his practice in the area of insolvency including the representation of lenders, creditors, creditors committees, debtors and asset purchasers in Chapter 7 liquidation cases, Chapter 9 and Chapter 11 Reorganization cases and State Court receivership cases.
Nick, who graduated with a tax degree from the University of Denver College of Law, focuses on commercial law, business transactions, corporate governance, estate planning, wealth succession, strategic business planning, and individual and business tax planning. He has experience dealing with professional practices, construction, manufacturing, distributing, retail, real estate, and non-profit organizations in addition to helping families and individuals with planning.
