Shareholder Doug Ferguson has been named a 2020 Legal Eagle by Franchise Times

DENVER – Shareholder Doug Ferguson of Robinson Waters & O’Dorisio, P.C. (RWO) has been named a 2020 Legal Eagle by Franchise Times.  

This is the third year in a row Ferguson has been recognized by clients, peers and the editorial board of the industry’s leading publication as one of the best attorneys in franchising. All 2020 Legal Eagle recipients will be honored in the April 2020 issue of Franchise Times.

Franchise Times again cited a number of traits shared by Doug and his fellow Legal Eagle honorees, including finding creative, effective ethical solutions that raise the bar for franchise industry legal work and being easily accessible to clients at all times.

Doug is the chair of RWO’s Franchise and Distribution Law Department.  His practice emphasizes franchising and distribution; intellectual property; real estate and lending; securities; corporate, partnership, and limited liability company entities; and general commercial and business law. He is the firm’s most experienced attorney in franchise and distribution law.  He provides counsel to several franchisors in both U.S. and international  franchising matters.
