RWO Welcomes Shareholder Paige K. Justus
Attorney Paige K. Justus has joined Denver-based law firm Robinson Waters O’Dorisio, P.C. (RWO) as a shareholder.
Prior to joining RWO, Justus was a partner in the Denver office of Armstrong Teasdale, LLP. She will continue to focus her practice on business law, tax planning, estate & succession planning, nonprofit law, trust and estate administration, and marital agreements. Justus represents clients in a variety of complex wealth and succession transactions, including developing and implementing asset protection strategies and complex gift and estate planning strategies. She also earned an LL.M. in taxation, allowing her to advise clients on tax provisions and the implementation of tax-saving strategies in corporate transactions.
She earned her B.S.B.A, J.D. and LL.M. from the University of Denver and is admitted to practice in Colorado. Welcome to RWO!
