RWO Welcomes Associate Kevin Falvo

We are pleased to welcome Kevin Falvo to the RWO team as an associate. Kevin brings a strong background in real estate and corporate matters, with experience spanning complex commercial and residential transactions, leasing, financing, title/entitlement review, and business restructuring. Notably, Kevin also served as a Cavalry Officer in the U.S. Army and gained real-world operational insight working as Chief Operating Officer of a start-up energy brokerage firm.

At RWO, Kevin will play a key role serving individuals, developers, and business clients across real estate and corporate needs, helping structure deals carefully to avoid disputes and support them if conflicts arise.

He earned his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center (where he served as Executive Director of the Moot Court Team) and his B.A. from Villanova University (graduating as a Distinguished Military Student). Kevin is admitted to practice in Colorado and Texas and is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Texas Bar Association, and the 3d Armored Cavalry Association.
