Herb is a real estate attorney based in RWO’s Telluride office. He represents individuals, businesses, property owners, and developers in Telluride and throughout Colorado’s Western Slope. A Telluride-area resident since 2005, Herb practiced through his own firm, 100th Meridian Law Group, P.C., for more than a decade before joining RWO.
Herb advises clients on residential and commercial real estate transactions, title and due diligence matters, easements, land use and development, leases, and landlord-tenant matters. He also assists clients with real estate holding entity formation and real estate related negotiations and disputes. Clients benefit from Herb’s experience and reputation in the Telluride region, supported by RWO’s broader legal capabilities and resources.
Herb earned his J.D. from the University of Utah College of Law and his undergraduate degree in economics from Michigan State University. He has practiced law since 1996 and is admitted to practice in Colorado.
