Timothy M. Shea

Equity Shareholder

Timothy Shea is an Equity Shareholder with Robinson, Waters & O’Dorisio, P.C. with an emphasis in commercial real estate. He is a member of the real estate practice group with a wealth of experience handling various commercial real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Robinson, Waters & O’Dorisio, Tim authored an article published by the University of Denver Law Review entitled: The Constitutional Constraints on State Regulation of the Internet: ACLU v. Johnson, 78 Univ. of Den. L Rev. 231 (2000). He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Colorado Bar Association. Tim practices in the areas of real estate, commercial real estate franchise and commercial law.
