Paige K. Justus

Paige has extensive experience in both business law and trusts and estates. She advises individuals, families, and business owners on all aspects of estate planning and business succession planning. She has represented clients in a variety of complex wealth and succession transactions, including developing and implementing asset protection strategies and complex gift and estate planning strategies. She assists clients with trust administration and probate proceedings, and also has extensive experience negotiating premarital agreement and cohabitation agreements.

Paige further specializes in business law and mergers and acquisitions. She has represented companies of all sizes in a wide range of corporate transactions. Having earned an LL.M. in Taxation, she leverages her deep experience to advise clients on tax provisions and implementing tax-saving strategies in corporate transactions. She also assists nonprofit clients with formation, applications for tax-exempt status and the preservation of exempt status.
