Marie C. Zimmerman

Associate

Marie Zimmerman works in both the transactional and litigation practice groups as an associate at the firm. She has experience working with many of RWO’s practice areas and assisting in matters ranging from business transactions to litigation preparation.

Marie earned her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of law, where she was an associate editor for the Denver Law Review. During law school, Marie worked in various corporate in-house legal departments; served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Carlos A. Samour, Jr. of the Colorado Supreme Court; and clerked with RWO.

Before attending law school, Marie earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.
