Kevin Falvo
Associate
Kevin Falvo represents individuals, developers, and businesses in real estate and corporate matters, with a significant portion of his practice dedicated to assisting clients with their commercial and residential real estate needs.
His transactional work includes complex property acquisitions and sales, commercial and residential leasing, financing arrangements, title and entitlement review, farm and ranch deals, and federal and special district permitting. He also advises closely held businesses on entity selection, governance, restructuring, divestitures, equity financing, and contract negotiations.
When conflicts arise, Kevin litigates cases involving breach of contract, fiduciary duties, boundary and easement disputes, commercial leases, and forcible entry and detainer matters. Drawing on his transactional background, he works to structure deals on the front end to avoid disputes wherever possible.
Before becoming an attorney, Kevin served as a Cavalry Officer in the United States Army and later with the Army National Guard and Army Reserves. He also worked as Chief Operating Officer of a start-up energy brokerage firm, giving him real-world insight into the operational and financial pressures business clients face.
Kevin earned his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center, where he served as Executive Director of the Moot Court Team, and his B.A. from Villanova University, graduating as a Distinguished Military Student. He is admitted to practice in Colorado and Texas and is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Texas Bar Association, and 3d Armored Cavalry Association.
