Gianna is an associate attorney in the firm’s Franchise, Litigation, and Business Law Groups, where she provides sophisticated and client-centered counsel to businesses and individuals navigating complex franchise and commercial matters. Her practice centers on franchise law, including franchise litigation, regulatory compliance, system wide operational issues, and the resolution of disputes between franchisors, franchisees, and related business partners. She supports clients across all stages of the franchise lifecycle. Gianna advises a wide spectrum of clients—from emerging start-ups to established companies—offering day to day corporate guidance and support tailored to meet the needs of each specific client.
Before joining the firm as an attorney, Gianna built a strong foundation with the firm as an undergraduate clerk, summer associate, and law school clerk. She also gained valuable courtroom and client service experience through her work with the State of Colorado Office of the Public Defender in the Adult Homicide and Juvenile divisions, and through her service with Metro Volunteer Lawyers.
Gianna is a thoughtful, solutions oriented advocate known for her clear communication, practical insight, and strategic approach to problem solving. She brings a human centered perspective to her work, helping clients move forward with confidence and achieve meaningful, long term results.
