Elizabeth Michaels is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice group. She specializes in commercial litigation and is experienced in handling a variety of business disputes, including breach of contract, business torts, and intellectual property matters. She has extensive experience in appellate practice.
Before joining RWO, Beth served as a law clerk for the Honorable Dennis A. Graham on the Colorado Court of Appeals. Beth received her J.D. from the University of Colorado, where she graduated Order of the Coif. During law school, she served as an intern for the Honorable Nancy E. Rice on the Colorado Supreme Court.
Beth is licensed to practice in the State of Colorado, the U.S. District Court for Colorado, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association, and the Colorado Women’s Bar Association. Beth enjoys assisting pro se litigants through the Colorado Bar Association Federal Pro Se Legal Clinic.
