Carl Snider
Associate Attorney
Carl Snider is a litigation attorney who represents clients in complex civil disputes involving construction defect claims, real estate matters, commercial disputes, defamation claims, and business-related litigation. He has experience handling matters in both state and federal courts and regularly guides clients through all stages of litigation.
Prior to joining RWO, Carl served as Litigation Team Lead for a Denver-based civil litigation practice, where he managed a substantial caseload focused primarily on construction defect and real estate disputes. In that role, he supervised and trained attorneys and support staff, conducted weekly case reviews, and participated in firm leadership and operational planning. Carl has significant courtroom experience and has served as first chair in multiple jury and bench trials, handling all phases of trial preparation, motion practice, discovery, depositions, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
In addition to his litigation work, he advises small business owners through commercial disputes and day-to-day business-related legal issues, serving as a trusted outside advisor.
Carl earned his J.D. from Washburn University School of Law, where he received academic scholarship support through the Shamberg Scholars Program and earned Top Paper honors three times. He earned his undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Dallas. Carl is admitted to practice in Colorado, California, and Kansas.
