Two RWO Lawyers Selected to The Best Lawyers in America List

Two Robinson Waters & O'Dorisio lawyers, Richard L. Nathan and Brian G. McConaty have been selected to The Best Lawyers in America® 2012 edition. 

Nathan is listed for Gaming Law.  His practice focuses on helping manufacturer/distributors, casino operators and individuals with regulatory compliance and licensing nationally and internationally.    

McConaty is recognized for Medical Malpractice Law – Defense.  This is McConaty’s first year on the Best Lawyers® list.  he has tried over 100 jury trials to verdict and is a Master Barrister with Doyle’s American Inn of Court.  Additionally, he is on faculty at the University of Colorado School of Medicine and lectures locally, nationally and internationally on medical-legal topics.  He is the current President of the Colorado Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates and is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, and he is listed as one of the top 50 lawyers in the 2011 Colorado Super Lawyers® list.
