Robinson Waters & O'Dorisio Adds Moses As A Shareholder

The Denver-based full service law firm, Robinson Waters & O'Dorisio, P.C., has added David J. Moses as a shareholder.

Moses specializes in commercial leasing and loan documentation for national, regional and local financial institutions, including asset-based lenders, commercial banks, equipment leasing companies and aircraft finance companies. He has extensive experience in the financing of fractional interests in aircraft, including leasing and lending against such interests outside of the United States. Moses' practice also focuses on corporate, mergers and acquisitions and real estate law.

Moses is a contributing editor to the Colorado section of the Compendium of Commercial Finance Law and has served as a lecturer for the Independent Bankers of Colorado.

Moses earned his bachelor's degree from Columbia University and his juris doctorate from the UCLA School of Law.
