McConaty selected as Law Week Colorado’s Barrister’s Best for Medical Malpractice Defense

McConaty is a shareholder at Robinson Waters & O’Dorisio.  He has tried over 100 jury trials to verdict and is a Master Barrister with Doyle’s American Inn of Court.  Additionally, he is on faculty at the University of Colorado School of Medicine and lectures locally, nationally and internationally on medical-legal topics.  He is the current President of the Colorado Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates and is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.  He has been selected to The Best Lawyers in America® 2012 for Medical Malpractice Law – Defendants and is listed as one of the top 50 lawyers in the 2011 Colorado Super Lawyers® list.
