Brian A. Magoon

Brian A. Magoon received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and his J.D. degree at the University of Denver College of Law in 1978. Brian’s areas of practice are real estate, airport, bankruptcy and commercial law. Within these areas his practice involves appellate advocacy, litigation, representation before administrative agencies and real estate and secured transaction negotiation. His airport representation encompasses all legal issues which confront any enterprise or governmental entity. He represents clients in the areas of administrative law, automobile finance (both wholesale and retail), banking, bankruptcy (creditor representation only), constitutional law, corporate, commercial leases, construction, environmental law, governmental law, property taxation, and real estate financing, zoning and land use.
