Douglas B. Koff's practice emphasizes real estate and commercial transactions. His real estate practice includes commercial leasing on behalf of both landlords and tenants, real estate property management, financing and acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Koff's real estate experience includes the preparation of lease forms to be used throughout the country by a national real estate firm, and the negotiation of complex lease transactions such as large build-to-suit leases, single tenant occupancy leases and those involving substantial construction. Mr. Koff has significant experience relating to the acquisition and financing of HUD-insured multifamily housing projects and the syndication of real estate projects.

Mr. Koff's business practice includes private placements of securities, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions for business clients such as licensing and distribution agreements, employment and noncompetition agreements, and general business representation.

Mr. Koff received his B.A. degree in Economics from Northwestern University and his J.D. degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
