Otto K. Hilbert, II received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame, where he served on the Law School's Advisory Council and is a member of The Edward Frederick Sorin Society and the Order of Saint Thomas More, and his law degree from the University of Colorado. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation, including securities litigation, and he has significant first chair trial and appellate experience in a wide variety of subject areas. He is admitted to practice in Colorado, Arizona, and Wisconsin and before many other federal courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Ninth and Tenth Circuits, and the United States Tax Court. He is also a National Football League Players Association certified contract advisor. Otto frequently speaks on Alternate Dispute Resolution and the benefits and drawbacks to domestic and international arbitration generally, and has been a guest lecturer at the University of Denver College of Law and at the University of Notre Dame Law School.  Otto is past president of The Catholic Lawyers Guild of Colorado and serves as Chair of the Colorado Judicial Institute.  He has achieved the highest rating possible by a number of attorney rating entities, including Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, and he is listed in Super Lawyers.  Otto is also a Fellow of the Colorado Bar Foundation.
