David J. Moses

David J. Moses specializes in commercial leasing and loan documentation for national, regional, and local financial institutions, including asset-based lenders, commercial banks, equipment leasing companies, and aircraft finance companies. David has extensive experience in the financing of fractional interests in aircraft, including leasing and lending against such interests outside of the United States of America. David also focuses his practice in the areas of general corporate, mergers and acquisitions and real estate law.

David has served as a lecturer for the Independent Bankers of Colorado and as a contributing co- editor to the Colorado section of the Compendium of Commercial Finance Law published by the Commercial Finance Association David is a member of the Colorado Bar Association (including the Business Law Section) and the Denver Bar Association.

David received his B.A. degree from Columbia University in 1988 and his J.D. degree from the UCLA School of Law in 1993.

David is admitted to the Colorado and New York State Bars.
